Alina Panas serves as the Portfolio CFO and COO at 4P Strategies, focusing on balancing profit, purpose, people, and performance to navigate organizational change and growth. Additionally, Alina is a Director on the Board of Directors for Savvy Ladies, contributing to fundraising and mentorship. As a Startup Founder Member of The Fourth Effect, Alina connects women with advisory and director positions, and as a CHIEF Member, strengthens leadership among senior female executives. Previously, Alina held key roles such as CFOO at The Mixx, where unprecedented growth and B Corporation certification were achieved, and CFO/COO at Titanium Worldwide, facilitating transformative change within the organization. Alina's educational background includes an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Baruch College and a BA in Linguistics and Literature from the University of Bucharest.
