Emily Scharfman

Emily Scharfman currently serves as Director of ISV Sales and Director, Senior Corporate Counsel, Alliances at Salesforce, where legal counsel is provided for the Salesforce AppExchange with over 5,000 partners. In addition, Emily is a Founding Member of TechGC, an independent, invitation-only community for General Counsels to share knowledge and best practices. Previous roles include General Counsel and Head of HR at Parachute Health, General Counsel and Global Head of HR at Persado, and Associate in the Finance Group at Latham & Watkins. Emily holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Yale University and a Juris Doctor from New York University, earned between 2005 and 2008.
