Helen Lane

Helen Lane is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership development, strategic advising, and technology solutions within various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at Resonate Leadership Lab and holding positions on the Advisory Board of Directors for New Orchard and as a Mentor for Missions Development International, Helen demonstrates a commitment to enhancing organizational performance and supporting ministry leaders. As the CEO of HSL Advisors, LLC and a UBS Fellow at The Fourth Floor, Helen actively advocates for diversity in leadership and investment for women-led initiatives. Prior roles include Senior Managing Director at Ankura, where transformational initiatives were spearheaded for Fortune 1000 and Private Equity-backed companies, Executive Vice President and Partner at c3/consulting, and Chief Information Officer at both CIMplify and Evolved Digital Solutions, where technology-driven solutions were developed. Helen holds an MBA from Belmont University and a BS in Business and Computer Science from Vanderbilt University.
