Samantha Guo

Samantha Guo is an accomplished attorney currently serving as General Counsel and Head of Legal at China Telecom Americas since December 2019. In this role, Samantha leads the legal team for the North and South Americas subsidiary of the Fortune 200 telecommunications leader, overseeing critical agreements and providing training to internal stakeholders. Previously, Samantha held positions as Associate General Counsel at OriGene and Senior Corporate Counsel, among other roles in legal and compliance across various organizations. Samantha's educational background includes a Juris Doctor from the University of Iowa College of Law and a Bachelor of Art in International Commercial Law from the University of International Business and Economics.
