Sally Ingram

Sally Ingram is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in Learning and Development (L&D), currently serving as the Head of Talent & Capability at The Fred Hollows Foundation since February 2013. In this role, Sally has successfully led the development and implementation of global L&D programs, achieving high participant success rates. Previous positions include Acting People & Organisational Development Director and Global Learning & Development Manager at the same organization, where strategic plans and capability assessments were developed. Additional experience includes consultancy roles at Transport for NSW and Mission Australia, and a position as Senior Education Consultant at Australian Energy Market Operator. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management/Industrial Relations from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor's degree in Adult Learning & Development from Monash University.
