Christina Winburn

Christina Winburn is an experienced professional with a background in both the food service and research sectors. Currently serving as a Server, Bartender, and FOH Trainer at The Friendly Toast Restaurant since June 2022, Christina emphasizes integrity and excellence in providing exceptional dining experiences. As an Undergraduate Researcher at the University of Vermont since September 2021, Christina collaborates with graduate student Rebecca Bogart on synthesizing drug candidates targeting the PAC1 receptor for treating anxiety and PTSD. Previous experience includes serving at Black Rabbit Bar and Grille and working as a Cafe Barista and Line Cook at JP Gifford. Christina Winburn holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Vermont, graduating in 2023.
