Erin Elizabeth Ruggiero

Erin Elizabeth Ruggiero is an experienced professional in the hospitality and culinary field with a diverse background in various roles. Currently serving as a 2nd Cook at Phillips Exeter Academy since September 2019, Erin also holds the position of Hospitality Professional at Ashworth By The Sea Hotel since July 2017 and has been the Assistant General Manager at The Friendly Toast Restaurant since November 2015. Previous experience includes roles as a Senior Cook at Sodexo from February 2018 to September 2019, General Manager at The Peddlers Daughter for a brief period in 2017, and General Manager at Brazo Restaurant in 2015.
