Quincy Hodge

Quincy Hodge has had extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Quincy began their career in the US Military as a Naval Officer in 1980, serving until 2001. Quincy then joined the US Navy and held positions as Commanding Officer and Executive Officer, leading marketing and operations teams.

Following their military service, Hodge worked at the Linbeck Group, LLC as Vice President, Human Resources, where they guided and directed HR programs for multiple business units. Quincy achieved significant successes in improving employee job satisfaction and establishing a positive corporate culture.

Hodge later transitioned into the role of Change Management Consultant at BAE Systems, where they facilitated communication and change management processes to improve productivity and enhance organizational processes.

Hodge subsequently served in various senior consultancy roles at Repsol, Hess Corporation, and Anadarko Petroleum Corporation, providing expertise in risk management and process safety.

Since 2018, Hodge has been employed at Oxy as a Project Manager and Consultant, working with The Frontline Group to provide services to upstream energy companies.

In November 2019, Hodge assumed the position of President at The Frontline Group, where they are responsible for overseeing operations and providing process-driven solutions in risk management, process safety, and human factors for upstream energy companies.

Throughout their career, Hodge has demonstrated a track record of success in leadership, strategic planning, and implementing process-driven solutions to solve complex challenges.

Quincy Hodge has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Resources Management from the United States Naval Academy, which they obtained from 1976 to 1980. Additionally, they attended The United States Naval Postgraduate School to complete the Naval Aviation Safety Officer Course.
