Lucille Lanzar

Ms. Lanzar brings an exceptional level of commitment to her duties as President/COO of the Fusion Group. In addition to designing new programs and overseeing the operational and financial areas of Fusion, she currently trains and consults with clients in the financial, advertising, marketing, research and manufacturing industries.

Always a pioneer, Lucy has enjoyed many career “firsts.” When she joined the Fusion Group, she left behind an eight year assignment as the first female Federal Agent and Firearms Instructor in New York City. Working in the national and international arenas, she’s had numerous experiences creating and delivering presentations under stressful and even life-threatening situations. Her “Inside the Investigation” discussions at lunches are often an un-looked-for bonus to her students.

Ms. Lanzar graduated from the University of Louisville with High Honors.
