Frits Peralta Becker has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Frits began their career in 2010 with internships at AquaCinema and Nice2do, where they conducted research and explored underwater interaction possibilities. In 2011, they worked as an IT specialist at M&L Advies and later joined VolkerRail as a developer. From 2012 to 2015, Frits worked at ODC Engineering, initially as the owner and sales manager, and later as a software engineer, specializing in programming languages such as Java, PHP, and C#. During this time, they also implemented Magento for webshops. In 2013, Frits joined MagSoft as a technical consultant, primarily focusing on installing and configuring Orion Xerver and connecting it with various ERP systems.

In 2014, Frits began their long-term association with Divide, starting as a .NET developer and eventually assuming roles such as release manager, software development team lead, and technical lead for e-commerce. Additionally, they worked as a divemaster at Rocketfrog diving in 2018. Recently, in 2022, Frits joined Medux as a .NET Developer and also took on freelance work as a .NET developer for Microsoft-maatschap at The Future Group.

Frits Peralta Becker began their education at Davinci College, where they pursued a degree in Network Administration from 2003 to 2008. After completing their studies at Davinci College, Frits attended Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences from 2008 to 2011. There, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Technical Informatics.

In addition to their formal education, Frits Peralta Becker has obtained several certifications to enhance their skillset. In January 2019, they received a certification in Programming in C# from Microsoft. In August 2019, they earned certifications in Developing ASP.NET MVC Web Applications and Developing Microsoft Azure and Web Services, also from Microsoft. Their most recent certification is the CodinGame Certification in C#, obtained from CodinGame in May 2022.
