Brittany Korol has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Brittany started their career as an Assistant Baker at Sal's Market from 2010 to 2011. Brittany then worked as a Pastry Cook at Gotham Bar and Grill in 2012 and later as a Lead Pastry Cook & Part-Time Hostess at Prime Restaurant in 2013. In 2014, Brittany worked as a Server at The Culinary Institute of America and also took on the role of Facebook Moderator/Data Entry. Brittany continued their server role at The Culinary Institute of America's Conservatory Restaurant until 2014. In 2014, Brittany joined Bedford Golf & Tennis Club as a Server for a short period. Brittany then moved to Waldorf Astoria New York as a Banquet Manager from 2015 to 2016. Currently, Brittany works at The Garden City Hotel, where they began as a Private Dining & Hospitality Manager in 2016 and later transitioned to their current role as Catering Sales Director in 2021.

Brittany Korol completed their Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management from The Culinary Institute of America from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained an Honors Degree from Kellenberg Memorial High School, which they attended from 2007 to 2011. Additionally, they have obtained certifications including ServSafe from ServSafe Certified in June 2020 and TIPS from TIPS in January 2020.
