W. Karl Stout has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. W. Karl started their career at BSA LifeStructures, where they worked as a Senior Associate for 14 years. W. Karl then joined Contech Construction as a Regional Sales Engineer, achieving significant sales growth and receiving various awards. Following this, they worked at St. Regis Culvert as a Sales Engineer. Karl also operated their own business, Wkstout & Associates, LLC, as a Consultant/Managing Partner. W. Karl later joined Tuttle Railing Systems as a Project Manager, overseeing project coordination and contract negotiation. W. Karl then joined F E Harding Asphalt Co as a Project Manager, responsible for project management and subcontractor selection. Karl's experience also includes their role as a Managing Partner at Supercuts, where they managed franchise development and daily operations. Currently, they serve as the Director of Civil Engineering at The Garrett Co.
W. Karl Stout's education history includes a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Building Technology - Design from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis. W. Karl also holds an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Civil Engineering with a field of study in Civil Engineering Technology from the same institution.
