Joyce manages a portfolio of contracts and personnel supporting missions at United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) and other Department of Defense organizations. She is an Army Reserve veteran and commissioned through Creighton University in Omaha, NE, as an Intelligence Officer and later credentialed as a Counterintelligence (CI) Agent. Mrs. Schlickbernd dedicated 14 years to several units in the Nebraska Army National Guard and eventually USSTRATCOM J39, while also serving dual status as a contractor for 10 years in USSTRATCOM’s J2X Counterintelligence and HUMINT Division as a Senior CI Analyst, specifically focusing on U.S. nuclear command, control, and communications (NC3). Mrs. Schlickbernd aims to provide Government customers with experienced and long-term personnel to ensure customer satisfaction and to build enduring partnerships for mission accomplishment.
