Molly Gartrell Earle has had a long and varied career in education and consulting. Molly began their career in 1996 as a Grade 1 Teacher at The Bement School in Deerfield, MA. In 1997, they moved to Sedgwick Elementary School, where they taught Grade 6 and Grade 1. In 2002, they moved to Deep Creek Middle School, where they taught Grades 7-9 Math. In 2003, they moved to Oslo Middle School in Vero Beach, Florida, where they taught Grades 6-8 Science. In 2004, they joined The Gartrell Group as Chief Executive Officer and Partner & Director of Operations. In this role, they run day-to-day operations for a growing technical services consulting firm specializing in location intelligence. Molly also serves as Project Manager on multiple needs assessment, business analysis, and custom app/application development projects. Her current work is focused on improving operational efficiencies, streamlining project management practices, and aligning project work with the firm's mission and vision.

Molly Gartrell Earle graduated from Gould Academy in 1992 with a High School Diploma. Molly then attended Smith College from 1992 to 1996 and earned a BA in Education and Studio Art, as well as a Bachelor's degree. In 2009, they completed the e200 Program, earning a Graduate degree in Streetwise 'MBA'.
