Yevgen Gomon

Yevgen Gomon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and program management across multiple organizations, including EPAM Systems, Ciklum, Luxoft, Aricent, and Flextronics. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at EPAM Systems since June 2020, Yevgen previously held significant leadership roles at Ciklum, such as Head of Agile Delivery Department and Head of Client Delivery Department, where responsibilities included merging departments, ensuring green delivery for numerous accounts, and leading substantial teams to achieve financial targets. At Luxoft, Yevgen managed programs and fostered effective team structures while overseeing project delivery and stakeholder communication. Yevgen's early career involved key technical roles and development leadership, contributing to robust engineering practices. Yevgen holds a degree from the National Technical University of Ukraine "KPI."
