The Gathering of the Butterflies Guest Services Director will ensure the hotel environment is comfortable and well-maintained throughout the event. Responsibilities include monitoring the venue and alerting hotel staff if the temperature needs adjusting or if the bathrooms require servicing. Guest Services team members will assist VIP attendees by guiding them to their seating and escorting them to lunch. The team will also support various other conference needs, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests.
