Nathan Rutter is a Manager, Security Operations at The GEO Group, Inc. Nathan previously served as Director of Contracts and Compliance at The Early Learning Coalition of Palm Beach County. With a Master's of Public Affairs in Public Management from Park University and a Bachelor's of Science in Criminology from Kansas State University, Nathan also has a strong background in overseeing operational compliance within secure correctional facilities.
