Lauren Bohaczuk

Lauren Bohaczuk is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in HR operations and technology. Currently serving as the Human Resources Operations Manager at The GW Medical Faculty Associates since March 2023, Lauren oversees HR functions within the largest academic physician practice in the Metro DC area. Prior to this role, Lauren held various positions at Pandora from May 2016 to October 2022, including Manager of People Technology and Manager of Performance and Rewards, contributing significantly to HRIS and benefits management. Additional expertise includes roles at Laureate International Universities and Merkle Inc., where Lauren focused on HRIS analysis. Lauren began the HR career at Carroll Independent Fuel Company, and holds a degree from Goucher College, earned between 1990 and 1995.
