Rana El-Amine has a strong background in healthcare administration and consulting. Rana is currently working as the Senior Director of Practice Operations at The GW Medical Faculty Associates since February 2018. Prior to this, Rana founded their own consulting company, Rana Health Administration Consulting, LLC in 2011.
In 2016, they co-founded Rana & Ali Create, LLC, a company focused on showcasing the creative designs and artwork of their special-needs son Ali. In this role, Rana oversees and mentors Ali, supervises the production and publication of artwork on their website, and manages marketing and advertising through various social media platforms.

Rana El-Amine has a diverse educational background, with degrees in both Public Health Administration and Political Science. Rana completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science at Bishop's University from 1994 to 1997. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Public Health Administration at the University of Maryland from 2008 to 2011. Additionally, they obtained a Master of Science (MS) in Management in Public Health Administration from the same institution.
