Kassandra Reed

Kassandra Reed, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Gleason Corporation since February 2024. Previously, Kassandra held various HR leadership roles, including Interim HR Leader at ASSA ABLOY Fenestration from March 2022 to February 2024, where oversight of HR policy integration was a key responsibility. As Head of Human Resources at Hahn Automotive Warehouse, Inc., from February 2021 to March 2022, Kassandra directed HR strategies for a workforce of 1,200 employees across nine states. Kassandra's experience also includes serving as Human Resources Director at Gannett | USA TODAY NETWORK and in HR roles at Home Properties, Frontier Communications, Wegmans Food Markets, and Bausch & Lomb. Kassandra holds a BS in International Business from Rochester Institute of Technology and an MBA in HR Management from the University of Phoenix.
