Mike Hayward

Mike Hayward serves as the Vice Chair for Rotarians Against Malaria since July 2019 and has been with The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria as an HR Payroll Specialist and Payroll Manager since August 2008. In this role, Mike manages the payroll team and was instrumental during the Global Fund's transition to an autonomous organization. Previously, Mike held the position of Payroll Lead at the World Health Organization from May 2004 to August 2008, leading payroll implementations for a global staff of 12,000. Earlier career experience includes serving as Managing Director and Principal Consultant at NMHK Limited, and involvement in significant projects, such as the first PeopleSoft 8 Browser-based payroll solution at Unilever. Mike began the career at IBM as Payroll Services Support Manager. Educational qualifications were obtained from Westminster College, Applegarth College, and Lycee Francais Charles de Gaulle.
