Pollard Sorquist

Pollard Sorquist is an experienced professional in human resources and training development, currently serving as the People and Culture Manager at The Good Food Institute since April 2024. Prior to this role, Pollard held the position of Senior Manager Training Development at Slingshot Aerospace from August 2022 to April 2024, and worked as a Human Resources Manager and HR Generalist at Dispatch from January 2019 to August 2022. Pollard's earlier experience includes roles at Jamf as Program Owner - HR Enablement and Training and Development Coordinator from June 2014 to January 2019, as well as operating Pashen Corporation, an organic wholesale food manufacturing company, from January 2011 to June 2014. Pollard also served as a Graduate Assistant at Minnesota State University, Mankato at Edina from September 2012 to May 2014.
