Heather Backlund

Heather Backlund is the National Director of Human Resources at The Goodman Group, LLC, having served in this role since April 2001. Under Heather's leadership, The Goodman Group has established itself as a national leader in the development and management of senior living communities and health care centers, with roots dating back to 1965. Prior to joining The Goodman Group, Heather worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Opportunity Partners from 1998 to 2001, an organization dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Management with a concentration in Human Resources from St. Cloud State University and a diploma from Chaska Senior High School.
