Under Heather's leadership, The Goodman Group has established itself as a national leader in the development and management of senior living communities and health care centers, with roots dating back to 1965. Prior to joining The Goodman Group, Heather worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Opportunity Partners from 1998 to 2001, an organization dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Management with a concentration in Human Resources from St. Cloud State University and a diploma from Chaska Senior High School.
