Onur Saraylı began their work experience in 2014 as Co-Founder of ErtesiGunKapinda.com. In 2018, they became the Founder of HepsiCrypto.com. In 2020, they took on the roles of Curator & Community Manager at The Graph. In 2021, they became a Community Moderator at Connext Inc., a Community Advocate at Agoric, a Community Manager at PORTAL, and a Community Manager at Aztec. Additionally, they took on the roles of Regional Leader, Marketing & Growth Guild Leader, Genesis Founder, and Valiant Alchemist at Covalent. In 2022, they became a Community Manager at 4EVERLAND Organization and a Seer at Zeitgeist PM.

Onur Saraylı completed their Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Trakya University, graduating in 2016. Onur then went on to earn their Master of Arts in Interactive Marketing from Istanbul Bilgi University in 2019.
