Nicole Haines

Nicole Haines possesses a diverse background in education, environmental science, and safety instruction. Currently serving as a Substitute Teacher at Freehold Township School District since October 2023, Nicole has also worked as a Climbing Instructor at The Gravity Vault Indoor Rock Gyms since September 2021, where responsibilities include managing youth climbing classes and ensuring safety protocols. Previous roles include Ocean Lifeguard at both the Borough of Bradley Beach and Island Beach State Park, showcasing a strong commitment to public safety and lifesaving techniques. Nicole has extensive experience in educational program development as the Director of Education for the American Littoral Society, where innovative programs were designed for K-12 students, and a successful shell recycling initiative was managed. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from Ramapo College of New Jersey and an Associate of Arts from Ocean County College.
