Kristian Caraballo

Kristian Caraballo serves as Head Coach at Hotshots Basketball NYC since January 2023 and has been a Gym Instructor at The Greater Ridgewood Youth Council, Inc. since September 2018, where responsibilities include supervising camp activities, lesson planning, and coaching for sporting competitions. Experience as a Peer Leader at Guttman Community College CUNY from December 2022 to June 2024 and a Paraprofessional with the NYC Department of Education from September 2019 to June 2023 involved supporting students with disabilities, collaborating on lesson plans, and maintaining a safe environment. Earlier experience includes an Accounts Payable Internship at Mount Sinai Health System, focusing on mail organization and data entry accuracy. Kristian Caraballo is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing at Baruch College and holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Guttman Community College CUNY.
