Alex Duarte

Alex Duarte serves as the Assistant General Counsel at The Greenbrier Companies since December 2014, providing compliance, corporate, commercial, transactional, labor, employment, and international legal counsel for the publicly traded transportation equipment and services firm. Prior experience includes roles as Principal at Duarte Legal and Compliance Consulting, LLC, Compliance Counsel at Precision Castparts Corp., and Corporate Counsel at Qwest Communications International, Inc., among others. Alex has a Juris Doctor degree from Stanford Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
