Ivan Vargas

Ivan Vargas is an experienced professional in the field of landscaping and horticulture, currently serving as a Commercial Estimator and Account Manager at The Greenery Inc. since September 2019. Prior to this, Ivan worked as a Plant Health Specialist and Golf Course Superintendent at Palmetto Coastal Landscaping, and as an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent at both The Congaree Golf Club and The Sea Pines Resort. Ivan's expertise was built on significant contributions to championship-level golf courses, recognized for their design and maintenance. Earlier roles included Production Manager at CertaPro Painters, Visiting Assistant Professor at Universidad EARTH, and Senior Agricultural Specialist at The University of Georgia. Ivan holds a Master of Science in Soil and Water Science from the University of Florida and a Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources Management from Universidad EARTH.
