Nathan Spencer

Nathan Spencer is an experienced beverage management professional currently serving as the Beverage Manager at The Grove since September 2021, responsible for developing and overseeing all beverage outlets on the property. Previous roles include Meeting and Events & Glasshouse Bar Manager at Aghadoe Heights Hotel & Spa, and Duty Manager positions at Newpark Hotel Kilkenny with Escape Health Club & Spa and The Grove. Nathan began a career in hospitality as a Food and Beverage Attendant at The Killarney Park Hotel and has gained valuable experience in customer relations and food and beverage service since starting as a Front of House Intern at Aghadoe Heights. Nathan holds degrees from the University of Galway and Shannon College of Hotel Management, both completed in 2022.
