Eleanor Cardoza

Eleanor Brame is an experienced Learning Support Coach and Designated Safeguarding Officer at The Growth Company, having served since June 2015. In this role, Eleanor supports young people with additional learning needs in accessing education, advises on inclusive delivery strategies, and facilitates EHCP Annual Reviews. Previously, Eleanor worked as an English and Maths Learning Mentor, focusing on post-16 learners and apprentices in their Functional Skills and GCSE courses. Eleanor also held positions as a Technical Sectors Resourcer and a receptionist at Manchester Growth Company, and gained experience as an Events Assistant at Waterside Arts Centre and in customer service roles at Homebase. Eleanor holds a BA Hons in English Drama and Performance Studies from The University of Salford and attended Altrincham Grammar School for Girls.
