Lisa Martens is a Senior Manager of Development at The Growth Drivers, focusing on developing critical innovation capabilities and sustainable ecosystems. Lisa also works as a Sustainability Advisor and Innovation Coach at Brightwell, and previously held leadership roles at companies such as Something™, Sprint Ventures, and Workit Spaces. Lisa has a background in business strategy, growth, and marketing, with experience in building partnerships, customer experiences, and community outreach. Lisa has also been involved in digital marketing, operations, and sports entertainment during their career. Lisa holds a degree in Sustainable Finance from the University of Cambridge, along with a BBus in International Business from QUT.
