Kari D. Walker

Kari Walker is the President and Chief Executive Officer at The Guidance Center since October 1996, where the mission is to nurture development and foster resilience. Prior to this role, Kari worked as the Executive Director of Program Operations and Chief Clinical Officer at Community Care Services from August 1990 to October 1996. Kari holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) in Social Work Administration from the University of Michigan, and an A.B. in Psychology from the same university. Additionally, Kari completed a leadership program at Harvard Business School in 2011 and was a part of Leadership Detroit Class XXXIV in 2012-2013.
