Debbie Rivera

Debbie Rivera has extensive work experience at The Guidance Center of Westchester, where they have held various roles since 2006. Debbie'smost recent role is as a Project Manager & Biller, where they are responsible for assessing project performance, analyzing processes, and guiding the completion of goals. Debbie also pursues continuous professional development and pilots projects within set timelines, budgets, and scopes. Prior to this, Debbie served as a Housing Staff Accountant, managing accounts and coordinating audits. Debbie also worked as a Billing Assistant & Anasazi Specialist, collaborating on programs and training new employees, as well as optimizing processes. In their earlier years at the company, Debbie was a Support Staff Coordinator & Office Manager, overseeing administrative assistants and office managers, conducting recruitment processes, and developing agency manuals.

Debbie Rivera started their education journey in 2003 at Monroe College-New Rochelle, where they pursued an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management. Debbie successfully completed their degree in 2009. Continuing their academic pursuits, Debbie enrolled at Mercy College in 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management in 2016.
