Rani Moussa is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Executive Chef Kitchen Manager at Abu Dhabi National Hotels since February 2021. Rani's extensive career in the hospitality industry includes a long tenure at The H Dubai as a Sous Chef, overseeing the Banquet Main Kitchen and Arabic Kitchen. Prior roles include Executive Chef at Abu Dhabi National Hotels Compass ME LLC and Executive Sous Chef at Somewhere Hotels. Rani also held positions as Sous Chef at Jumeirah Group and The Address Hotels + Resorts, specializing in Arabic cuisine. Rani completed education at Syria Tartous Hotel High School between 1999 and 2002.
