Rob Wach, CRFP has a diverse work experience in facilities and construction management spanning over three decades. Rob has held various roles in different companies, starting their career as a Carpenter and Electrician at Delta Elevator Company in 1983. Throughout their career, they have worked for amusement parks, restaurants, and retail stores, gaining valuable experience in managing facilities and construction projects. Some notable positions include being a Facilities and Rides Maintenance Manager at Pacific Park - Santa Monica Amusements, a Regional Facilities Manager at Applebee's International Inc., and a Director of Construction & Facilities at Islands Restaurants. Currently, Rob Wach serves as the Vice President of Facilities at The Habit Burger Grill.

Rob Wach, CRFP, has a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Management, which they obtained from the University of La Verne in the years 1996 to 1998. Prior to that, they received an Associate's Degree in Electronics from Cerritos College between 1985 and 1988. In addition to their formal education, Rob obtained the CRFP certification from the Restaurant Facility Management Association in January 2015. Rob also obtained the NAARSO - Level 1 Ride Inspector certification from the National Association of Amusement Ride Safety Officials in 1997.
