Oliver Bruemmer

Oliver Bruemmer has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. In 2008, they started their career as an intern at PayPal. Oliver later worked at Deloitte, where they held multiple positions including Founder of Deloitte Garage, Manager, Team Lead DC Incubation, and Consultant. During their time at Deloitte, Oliver focused on innovation, digital business building, and data analytics.

In 2019, Oliver joined Bilfinger Digital Next GmbH as the Head of Innovation & Products, where they led the company's innovation initiatives. Oliver also worked as a Regional Lead at the Bundesverband Deutsche Startups e.V., advocating for startups in Germany and promoting innovative entrepreneurship.

Oliver has a passion for organizing events and founded TEDxMannheim in 2017. As a Licensee for TED Conferences, they brought TEDx events to Mannheim, aiming to showcase ideas worth spreading and put Mannheim on the global activity map.

Oliver's recent experiences include working as the Founder & CEO of The Hackathon Company, where they helped organizations embrace the "Hacking Mindset" through hackdays and hackexperience. Oliver also served as an Executive Search & Leadership Advisor at Egon Zehnder.

Currently, Oliver is a Beirat at NEXT MANNHEIM and continues to make significant contributions to the business world with their expertise and leadership skills.

Oliver Bruemmer completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. In 2006, they also had a brief study experience at BI Norwegian Business School, where they focused on Finance. After completing their undergraduate studies, Oliver pursued a Master of Science degree in Finance & Psychology at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin from 2008 to 2010.
