Benoît Tournant serves as the Practice Lead for Digital Procurement in Northern Europe at The Hackett Group Inc. since March 2024 and previously held the role of Senior Manager for Procurement Transformation Europe at KPMG from July 2019 to March 2024. With extensive experience in procurement advisory services, Benoît has specialized in technology-enabled procurement transformation, operating model design, and performance management across various companies, including Enabling Procurement SPRL and Kronos Group. Key achievements include overseeing significant cost reduction programs, developing sourcing strategies, and leading teams to enhance procurement operations and client relations. Benoît holds multiple degrees from KEDGE Business School and has furthered education at Strathclyde and Vlerick Business Schools.
