Debra Zuniga

Debra Zuniga, SHRM-CP, has a wealth of experience in human resources, spanning over two decades. Debra is currently serving as the Senior Director Human Resources at The Hain Celestial Group since November 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an Interim Human Resources Business Partner at The Bountiful Company from September 2020 to February 2021. From 2005 to 2020, Debra held various positions at Macy's, including Principal, Human Resources Business Partner, Director of Talent Management, HR Communications and Engagement Activities, Director, Retail Development Field Operations & Selling Services, and Senior Program Manager. During their time at Macy's, they demonstrated strong leadership skills, managing teams and providing HR support to different departments and client groups. Debra also worked as a Coordinator at Jones Apparel Group from September 2004 to August 2005 and as a Field Supervisor at Liz Claiborne in 2001. Debra'sextensive work experience has equipped their with the knowledge and expertise required for HR leadership roles.

Debra Zuniga, SHRM-CP, has a diverse education history. In 2021, they obtained a certification in HR Management and Analytics from The Wharton School, focusing on unlocking the value of human capital. In 2000-2002, they attended SUNY Empire State College, with a field of study in marketing. Debra also studied marketing at Nassau Community College, and later pursued a certification in Human Resources from Pace University. Additionally, they hold several certifications, including being a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and an Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) from iPEC Coaching. Debra obtained their SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in October 2015.
