Ian Leitch

Ian Leitch is an experienced technology leader and entrepreneur with a robust background in IT and encryption. Currently serving as the Interim VP of International IT at The Hain Celestial Group since February 2024, Leitch is also a Co-Founder of Incrypteon, which specializes in Post Quantum and AI secure encryption solutions. Prior to this, Leitch founded Cirrus Argentum Ltd, delivering transformation leadership and consulting services, and co-founded Perpetual Encryption, focusing on developing patented encryption algorithms. Leitch has held significant roles in various companies including IT Director of Architecture at Greencore, VP Engineering/Programme Director at Correla/Xoserve, and Interim Chief Information & Technology Officer at Packt. Leitch's career spans a diverse range of technology and management positions, all aimed at enhancing digital security and infrastructure.
