Rick Saini

Rick Saini has a diverse and extensive work experience. Rick currently holds the position of Chief Transformation Officer at The Hain Celestial Group since October 2020. In addition, they serve as a Non-Executive Director at EnrichMyCare starting from November 2022.

Prior to their current roles, Rick worked at Kerry as a CI Lead UK & Europe from May 2017 to October 2020. Before that, they were the Group CI Manager at Greencore from February 2014 to May 2017.

Rick's earlier experiences include working as a Manufacturing Improvement Team Leader at Rolls-Royce from January 2011 to February 2014. Rick also served as a Continuous Improvement Manager at Alstom Grid from January 2007 to January 2011.

Rick's long-serving career began at Toyota Motor Manufacturing UK Ltd, where they held the positions of Team Leader and Group Leader from 1995 to 2006. Prior to their automotive industry experience, they worked as a Director at Screen Solutions from 1991 to 1995.

Rick Saini attended the University of Cambridge in 2023, where they studied Business Sustainability Management. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2008, they pursued a Fellowship in Manufacturing Management at the Cranfield School of Management.
