Nesar Ahmad Shakhani

Nesar Ahmad Shakhani has extensive experience in mechanical operations and management, currently serving as a Mechanical Technical Advisor and Mechanical Officer at The HALO Trust since January 2005, where responsibilities include overseeing operations, training, planning, service, and maintenance of mechanical teams and assets. Additionally, Nesar has held the position of Programme Mechanical Officer at The HALO Trust Afghanistan since November 1998. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in electric from AIT (1982-1985) and an excellent degree in Mechanical Engineering/Mechanical Technology from the Faculty of Engineering at the Afghanistan Army University (1982-1984).
