Daniel Levy

Dan Levy is a finance professional with extensive experience in real estate investment and financial analysis. Currently an Associate at The Hampshire Companies since February 2021, Dan previously served as a Fund Analyst. Prior roles include Acquisitions Analyst at Lexington Realty Capital and Real Estate Analyst at Capital Hartford LLC, where Dan utilized ARGUS for property valuation and created pro forma models in Excel. Earlier experience includes conducting transaction analysis at Deutsche Bank and serving as a Real Estate Investment Intern, where Dan engaged in mortgage refinancing and assessed investment profitability. Dan's analytical skills were further developed through a semester-long program in value investing and financial analysis at Invest Like The Street and research on cryptocurrencies at the University of Florida. Dan holds a Bachelor's of Science in Finance with a Minor in Real Estate from the University of Florida's Warrington College of Business.
