Chris Hyland has over 15 years of work experience in various roles. In 2004, they started as a Sales Analyst at Pink Roccade. In 2005, they moved to Getronics as a Marcoms Executive. In 2007, they joined Sapphire Systems as a Direct Marketing Executive. In 2008, they Co-Founded 4Ps Marketing. In 2013, they became a Board Member at Base Touch. In 2016, they were appointed Chief Commercial Officer at Artefact. In 2018, they became an Investor & Advisor at both Guild and beBettor. In 2020, they became an Advisor to the Board at Ecrubox Digital. Most recently, they Co-Founded The Happiness Index Ltd.

Chris Hyland received a BSc in Business & Marketing from Canterbury Christ Church University from 2001 to 2004. Prior to this, they attended Uckfield Community Technology College.
