Matthew Watters

Matthew Watters, P.E. is a Project Director at The Hardy Group since March 2023, with prior experience as a Senior Staff Engineer at Langan Engineering & Environmental Services from February 2018 to 2022, where responsibilities included providing technical engineering reports and peer reviews for multi-million dollar construction projects. Previously, Matthew held various roles at the University of Arkansas, including Interim Office Manager for the Center for Training Transportation Professionals, managing communications and maintaining a database for over 1,400 technicians, and served as an examiner for material testing. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Civil Engineering with a geotechnical focus and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, both from the University of Arkansas. Additional research experience includes projects in additive manufacturing and soil mechanics, along with a study abroad program at the University of Surrey.
