Voikan Jeremic

Voikan Jeremic has extensive work experience in project management and development in the hospitality and real estate industry. Starting in 2000, they worked as a Land and Real Estate Development Manager, Architect, Set Designer, and Project Manager. From 2008 to 2011, they served as the Design Director at Porto Montenegro. Voikan then worked as the Director of Pre-Construction Services at Tucker HiRise Construction Inc. from 2011 to 2014. Voikan later joined the CANDEREL GROUP as a Project Director for Tour Des Canadiens from 2014 to 2016. Voikan then held the position of Senior Project Director at Carbonleo, where they oversaw the Four Season Hotel project from 2016 to 2017. Following that, they worked as the Senior Development Manager at Greenland Group Canada from 2017 to 2018. Voikan then joined Westcorp Property Management Inc. as a Development Management role for Marriott, luxury collection hotel, and residences from 2018 to 2019. From 2019 to 2022, they served as the Director Of Development at Dakota Development, a Division of Sbe for sbe Lifestyle Hospitality. Currently, Voikan is working as a Senior Project Director at The Hardy Group starting from 2022.

Voikan Jeremic obtained a Bachelor of Architecture - BArch degree from Université de Montréal from 1992 to 1997. Voikan focused their studies in the field of architecture during this educational period.
