Dan Reale

Dan Reale has extensive experience in IT infrastructure and operations, currently serving as Assistant Vice President in the Enterprise Cloud Operations and IT Infrastructure Engineering divisions at The Hartford since October 2019. Previously, Dan held the position of Vice President of Global IT Infrastructure at The Navigators Group, Inc. from October 1999 to October 2019. Additional experience includes serving as AVP of IT Technical Services at General Reinsurance from October 1996 to October 1999, working in IT Technical Services at National Reinsurance Corporation from December 1991 to October 1996, and leading application development projects at AXA Equitable from March 1988 to December 1991. Dan holds a BBA in Management Information Systems from Pace University, earned between 1982 and 1986.
