Rich Nadeau

Rich Nadeau serves as the Director of Claims Data Strategy and Quality at The Hartford since March 2014, where responsibilities include leading the development and execution of claims data strategy and enhancing claims data quality across the enterprise. Previously held roles at The Hartford include Director of Process Excellence - Actuarial and Director of Operational Initiatives, Enterprise Process Improvement, focusing on continuous improvement and large-scale transformational initiatives. Nadeau's experience at Aetna spanned over nine years in roles such as Strategic Initiatives Lead and Senior Management Consultant, providing leadership on key initiatives and complex enterprise projects. Earlier career positions include Employee Benefits Broker at Dill, Joyce & Thresher, Store Manager at Pedal Power Cycling & Fitness, Operations & Training Manager at UPS, and a Small Unit Leader in the United States Marine Corps. Rich Nadeau holds an MBA in Finance and Management from the University of Connecticut School of Business.
