Prior roles include National Grant Writing Coordinator at LIFT, Inc., where Andrea secured over $475,000 in grants, and multiple teaching positions at West Virginia University focused on creative writing and communication. Andrea has also contributed to City Year in several capacities, including National Manager of Extended Learning, overseeing program implementation across multiple sites. Holding a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing and a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing and Journalism, Andrea's expertise spans grant writing, editorial content creation, and stakeholder engagement.
