Starting their career at Human Capital Solutions as an Executive Recruiter and Business Consultant, they gained experience in retained search services. Joe then moved on to PPR Talent Management Group as an RPO Recruitment Specialist before joining The HCI Group as a Healthcare Informatics Lead Recruiter, focusing on providing IT healthcare consultants for various positions.
