Alex Vaillancourt

CIO & SVP, Informatics at The Health Collaborative

Alex Vaillancourt is the current CIO & SVP of Informatics at The Health Collaborative. Prior to this, they served as Vice President of both CareSource and Nuance Communications. At CareSource, they managed a newly created division from the mergers of project management and business development & integration. Alex brought centralized reporting and updated methodologies to strategic, enterprise, and market initiatives. At Nuance Communications, they led the EMR professional services division which included service line/business development (Training, Go-Live/Activation, Optimization, Informatics, Revenue Cycle, Provider and Patient Helpdesks, and EPMO). Alex also managed strategy, P&L, marketing, and customer satisfaction while helping deliver a transformation from a small services team to a major market competitor in the EMR space.

Alex Vaillancourt holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from The Ohio State University as well as a Bachelor's of Science in Electrical Engineering from Northwestern University. Alex Vaillancourt is also certified from HIMSS in CPHIMS.

They are on a team with Dawn Day - Senior Director, Population Health, Deirdre Beluan - Chief Strategy Officer, and Lauren Bartoszek - Senior Manager, Population Health Strategies.
